At XA Technologies, we want you to be satisfied with our service and products. If you’ve mistakenly bought a product or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to contact us. We provide two products XA Troop and XASecuFlex. The customers can avail monthly subscription plans for our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can claim for the refund as per our return & refund policy. However, we try to resolve your issues. But, still if you are not satisfied please refer to our refund policies mentioned below:
Complete refund will be given, if claimed within 7 weekdays of purchase. If customer asks for refund after 7 weekdays there will be no refund for that particular month in which customer purchase the software. However, rest recurring charge for upcoming months will be cancelled. For example- you purchase our product on 1-1-2019 and ask for refund on 6-1-2019 then you will get complete refund but, if you claim for refund on 8-1-2019, you will not get any refund for current month however from next month auto deduction for monthly subscription will be cancelled.
